Things of Summer #10

After Sarah's I went to Geordie's new home in Guelph for the weekend. This was the last part of my summer and I headed home finally on September 11; one day before my 24th birthday. It was a fantastic weekend.
Here are a few shots from a few different walks we went on:

We went to the Antiques Market in Aberfoyle with Rosco again on the Sunday.
Vampire Stakes: $3.00
And that was the end of my summer! I will soon attempt to catch up with the things of fall and my new life in Guelph.

While at Sarah's we played in a cornfield and the other places behind her house. We made a video annnd also took some photos.
Sarah, I miss you.

Things of Summer #8

While I was at Sarah's we had a great number of adventures. We went to Newmarket one day to go longboarding and we also ended up climbing up an old train tunnel off of which I almost fell to my death. I had to take my shoes off about half-way up because I couldn't climb anymore with them on due to a lack of grip.
Here are some photos. They were just taken with my phone, so please excuse the lack of quality.

This is the part I almost fell off of while climbing up the edge.

After the cottage, Geordie drove me to Sarah's where I was going to stay for a few days. On the way there we made a lot of stops at different places including a garage sale, two historic lookouts, and along the side of a road where there were a whole bunch of trees, hydro poles, and hydro lines covered in shoes. It was the weirdest and creepiest thing ever. I took a picture of it with my Polaroid camera too.

Things of Summer #6

Here are some photos from some adventures we had while we were at the cottage. We went with two of Geordie's sisters to an old railroad bridge and then to a market at an old barn and farmhouse. We took a tour of the farmhouse led by a sweaty old man in a stained tilley hat and shirt but it was actually really enjoyable!

Things of Summer #5

After being at camp for two weeks, Geordie and I headed off to meet his family at their cottage for Labour Day weekend. We had a really nice and relaxing time and his mom gave me my first real massage while I was laying on an air mattress on the dock. It was awesome.

Things of Summer #4

This was another Summer Staff outing that I tagged along for. We went rollerskating at the Bala Arena and then to the Balacade!

Things of Summer #3

The day after I got to camp I was lucky enough to be able to accompany the summer staff on a day trip to Bracebridge to watch the Highland Games. There was also a stand where a guy was selling awesome records and they were incredibly cheap! Definitely a fun day. Apparently Felix's father always sings Lionel Richie songs. Hence the album.
